Return Policy

  • You cannot Cancel an order once it is confirmed. You can only return an item under specific conditions.
  • Returns ONLY apply to items that arrive damaged, dried out, or broken due to shipping/while in transit. Customers may get a replacement, store credit, or refund.
  • Customer allergic reactions are not covered under the return policy.
  • Change of mind, not liking product color, etc. are NOT covered by the easy return policy.
  • Gifts purchased by a customer for others are NOT covered unless they meet the damaged, broken, or dried out during transit criteria.
  • Return process must be initiated within the same or very next day of delivery.
  • No complaints will be honored two business days after receiving the order.
  • Easy returns DO NOT APPLY to claims that we sell fake or inauthentic products. Our products are 100% authentic, and from authorized wholesalers and manufacturers.
  • The return has to be of the same value as the purchase price. If an item is purchased using a coupon or during a sale, the refund/store credit amount should match the original price paid and not the full price.
  • The item being returned must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Any store credit vouchers issued as a return need to be used within 30 days, or else the voucher/store credit becomes invalid.
  • Customer must have original, authentic, and valid receipt of purchase.
  • Checking if an item is Halal is the customer’s responsibility. The Makeup Cart will not refund nor exchange items that the customer believed are halal, but are not.

Return Procedure

  1. To initiate a ‘Return’ procedure, please follow these steps:
  2. Do not open/use the product if you think it is damaged and you want to return it.
  3. Contact us immediately through SMS/Email/Whatsapp with your name, order number, delivery/shipping details and explain the problem precisely. If you forgot your order number, you can mention your name and exact shipping/billing information that you used at the time of check out.
  4. We DO NOT entertain any Return requests made through phone calls because we need written details of your problem and whereabouts in order to process your return request.
  5. As already mentioned, you must make a Return request the same or the very next day of your product delivered.
  6. Wait for one of our customer service representatives to respond to your request.
  7. We will bear the return courier charges of the product so do not worry for return courier charges.
  8. Currently we do not offer COD so you have to post the item to us through a courier service of your choice and we will add the charges to your refund. You will be given an address to post to by our customer service representative.
  9. Once an item is posted, please wait for us to receive the damaged item. We will refund your money as soon as we receive it. But it may take one to two business days to process the transaction that is beyond our control.
